Terms of use

Applying is free and does not commit you to anything. It does not reserve a cat or guarantee an adoption. We decide which home is the best fit, and we may decline any application. We will always tell you our answer.

Please answer honestly. An adoption based on false answers can be cancelled and the cat reclaimed.

We describe every cat as accurately as we can, but cats change, and a description is not a guarantee of health or temperament. You will meet the cat before you decide.

Courtesy listings are cats we help rehome for their owners. They are clearly marked, and each one carries this notice, which the adoption contract repeats: “This cat lives with their current owner, not with us. Their health, vaccination, and behavior information came from that owner and the records they gave us. Mr & Mrs Kitty Kat has not examined this cat and makes no warranty as to their health or temperament.”

Adoption fees are shown on each cat's page and are paid at the meeting, only after you and we have both agreed to go ahead. Listing a cat for rehoming is free for its owner. Adoption fees help pay for the rescue's work and are not refundable, but a cat can always come back to us.

Owners who list a cat sign a separate owner agreement. It covers accuracy of the information, disclosure of known problems, and responsibility for conditions that existed before the adoption.

Owners may also sell their cat's belongings, such as a carrier, bed or litter box, with the cat. The owner sets each price and describes each item, and items are sold as described. For now they are paid for in person at the meet, and Zakaria Global Enterprise LLC, which runs this website, keeps a 10% service fee on each item sold.

Do not submit anything false, submit on someone else's behalf without their permission, or try to interfere with the site. We may remove submissions or listings at our discretion.

Photos and text on this site belong to the rescue or to the owners who supplied them. Please ask before reusing them, other than sharing a link to a cat.

We provide the site as it is. To the extent Texas law allows, the rescue is not liable for losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under the adoption contract or under law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by Texas law.
